Meet Your Team
Randy Rawe
President | Financial Advisor
Randy Rawe founded Rawe Financial in 2013 after a long career in corporate banking and finance - and a growing frustration with an industry that seemed more interested in selling products than serving people. He believed financial planning should be simple, disciplined, and centered on the client. That conviction hasn't changed. With more than 40 years of experience in finance, investment management, and corporate banking, Randy holds an MBA from Xavier University and a bachelor's degree from Northern Kentucky University. He has earned FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and a Life and Health Insurance license, and serves clients as an Investment Advisor Representative through Commonwealth Financial Network.
What drives Randy is the privilege of being present for the moments that matter most. He is often one of the first calls a client makes when a major life event happens, not because they need paperwork handled, but because they know the Rawes are there for them. The family attends funerals, sits with people through hard decisions, and celebrates with them when a retirement plan they once couldn't imagine becomes reality. That range of relationship is what makes the work meaningful to him.
Randy's faith anchors everything he does, and he sees Rawe Financial as an extension of that calling - serving families well and giving back to the community. He has been active with organizations including the Northern Kentucky Children's Advocacy Center, DCCH Center for Children and Families, the Sisters of Divine Providence, the Alliance for Catholic Urban Education, the Diocese of Covington, and St. Joseph Parish. Both professionally and personally, Randy believes in living a life in service to others.
Outside of work, Randy is most at home with family. He and Linda cherish time with their grandchildren, and he enjoys traveling and golf trips with friends he's had since grade school.
Eric Rawe
Vice President | Financial Advisor
When you work with Rawe Financial, Eric is often one of the first people you get to know, and for many clients, that relationship becomes one of the most important in their financial lives. As Vice President and a financial advisor at the firm founded by his father, Randy, Eric brings both personal investment in the firm's future and genuine care for the people it serves.
Eric's approach starts with listening. Before any planning conversation begins, he wants to understand what matters most to you: the experiences you want to protect, the milestones you're working toward, the things that keep you up at night. That foundation shapes everything that follows. He takes time to understand the realities of a busy life, and his recommendations and planning reflect that.
The moments Eric finds most meaningful are the ones clients tend to remember, too. Helping a family feel prepared for a daughter's wedding, supporting parents as they plan for a child's college years, walking with someone from financial uncertainty to a sense of real confidence. Those are the conversations that define his work.
Eric's faith is part of how he shows up every day. He believes each person deserves an advisor who is genuinely on their side, and he takes that responsibility seriously. He is actively involved at St. Pius X, where he serves on the Board of Total Catholic Education, and sees that community as an extension of home. Outside of the office, Eric's life centers on family. He and his wife, Elizabeth, are raising their sons, Ben and Joseph, working to instill in them the same values that guide their parents. Eric stays active through CrossFit and cheering on his Fighting Irish.
Linda Rawe
Chief Operating Officer
Linda Rawe joined Rawe Financial in 2015, bringing nearly 35 years of experience in information technology with IBM and AT&T. Her IT career gave her a strong foundation in client service, problem solving, and anticipating needs before they become problems, skills that translate directly into the operational work she does for clients every day. She graduated magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in management and an associate degree in information systems.
What Linda values most about her work at Rawe Financial is seeing the difference the firm makes in the lives of their clients. The operational side of financial planning - the paperwork, the systems, the follow-through - can feel invisible when it's working well, and that's exactly how she likes it. She wants clients to feel cared for and confident, not burdened by process.
Community has always been central to Linda's life. The cause closest to her heart is DCCH Center for Children and Families, where she served on the Board of Directors for six years, including a term as Board President, and continues her involvement through the HALO League and the annual Swing into Spring fundraiser. She also serves as chairperson on the Development Advisory Board for the Sisters of Divine Providence and is an active member of St. Joseph Parish in Crescent Springs.
Outside of the office, Linda cherishes time with her family and grandchildren. She has played volleyball with the same group of high school friends for nearly 50 years, stays active with pickleball, and loves her tradition of festive holiday outings with friends. And if you've ever visited the Rawe Financial office, you've likely enjoyed Linda's cookies - a recipe she's been perfecting for decades and still bakes regularly to share with clients throughout the year. It's one small way the firm makes every client feels genuinely at home.
Jessica Parks
Vice President of Operations
JessicaParks@RaweFinancial.com
After spending eight years in education, Jessica Rawe Parks joined Rawe Financial in 2023, and the role has grown considerably since then.
What began as a focus on marketing has evolved into a broader operations leadership role, one she has shaped as much as it has shaped her. Drawing on the same skills that made her an effective teacher - calm under pressure, strong communication, and a genuine instinct for building community - Jessica works behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly and positioned well for the future. In addition to overseeing marketing, Jessica has played a central role in documenting the firm's processes, helping define its mission and core values, and overseeing the firm's first non-family hire.
Jessica brings that same culture-first mindset to everything she does at the firm. She believes that how a team collaborates is just as important as what it produces, and she works closely with the advisors and staff to make sure every client interaction is supported by systems and processes that reflect the care Rawe Financial is known for.
Outside of work, Jessica's world centers on her family. She and her husband, Robert, make their home in Louisville, where they are active members of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. They are the proud and busy parents of two young children, with a third on the way later this year. When they're not chasing adventures together, you'll likely find them cheering on the Louisville Cardinals.
Stephani Hughes
Office Manager
StephaniHughes@RaweFinancial.com
Stephani serves as Office Manager at Rawe Financial, and in many ways she is the welcoming voice and steady presence that clients encounter first. She plays a central role in keeping communication, scheduling, and follow-through running smoothly. Working closely with the advisors and operations team, Stephani helps facilitate each interaction with care, clarity, and consistency.
What drew Stephani to Rawe Financial was the culture she experienced from the start: a team genuinely dedicated to putting clients first and treating each relationship with real compassion. That spirit aligns naturally with the way she approaches her own work.
Stephani brings nearly 33 years of experience in the information technology industry, with deep roots in client service and business operations. This background supports her detail-oriented approach and her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep processes organized behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Stephani is involved in her community. She volunteers with Isaiah House Ministries’ food distribution, has served as her church’s Hospitality Lead, and continues to support the church nursery, roles that reflect her heart for service and care.
On the personal side, Stephani enjoys spending time with family and friends and likes to travel whenever possible. She is devoted to her dog and enthusiastically spoils her grand dogs as well. She and her husband are joyfully anticipating the arrival of their first grandchild, a milestone centered on the people and relationships that matter most.
